As a Certified Holistic Health Coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I work with clients using individualized strategies to improve overall wellness in all areas of life, on and off the plate. Improving our health is not just about what we eat, but also understanding how to reach a healthy balance with lifestyle habits, stress management, relationships, career and much more. I believe strongly in the power of this type of holistic approach, rather than fads and quick fixes that are rarely sustainable for long term success. As a wellness coach, I support my clients in reaching their personal nutrition goals with compassion and patience, empathy and care, while keeping them motivated and excited through action steps and goal setting strategies.

These 1:1 sessions will help you identify your health goals and how to best implement them in your daily life. A holistic approach is all about finding balance both “on the plate” with nutrition, as well as “off the plate” with healthy lifestyle choices. 

Complimentary 20-minute introductory session

75-minute session – $175

Need a periodic refresh? Feeling stuck? Looking for inspiration to break free from old habits? Hoping to add some tasty and healthy pizzazz to mealtimes?

What’s included:

• One (1) 75-minute zoom or in person session

• Follow up resources may include any of the following: action plans, weekly goals, recipes, handouts, book & podcast recommendations, meal planning strategies 

12 week program – $300/month

This three-month program will be an opportunity for you to see sustainable change in your emotional and physical wellness. We will work together on accountability, helping you face challenges, and keeping you motivated to reach your desired goals!

What’s included:

• Two (2) 60-minute zoom or in person sessions monthly

• Follow up resources after each session may include any of the following: action plans, weekly goals, recipes, handouts, book & podcast recommendations, meal planning strategies
